Ther HAVE been accidents at the Kohler company.
Most were caused by some ditwit cutting corners.
The *HUGE* difference is in how BP cut so many corners to make more profit,
the safety book was tossed out the window.
And this was not the only instance from BP.
Texas City, Texas, corners cut to maximize profit, an area of a refinery
blows up killing over a dozen workers.
For Kohler, the only equivalent would be if Kohler itself was cutting
corners to maximize profits on a dangerous type of toilet.
