Living within eyeshot of the Kohler factory, I do know about those.
In fact a relative of mine who remodeled houses did a brisk business in the
older "illegal" toilets. People don't like having to flush twice.

The incandescent bulb is simply obsolete, more energy is turned into heat
than light.
I have nothing but CF bulbs now, and no gripes at all.
