Per my settings, it is controlled by OMX...

Well, I have "OMX1" and "OMX2"!   (My local settings!)

OMX supecedes that.  IIRC, BW can handle messages based on 
either number or name.  OMX  uses number only between itself 
and BW.  On the other side, it is by BBS name and directory.

See above.  That side of the interface is by name.  The BW side 
is by number.
