I had both PKZIP & PKUNZIP (don't know what version, just something I had on
diskette) in the BWAVE home directory and edited the BWPACK.ZIP file as you
suggested for ;ZIP.  I was lazy and didn't try it for :OLDZIP and the other
archivers because I didn't think it necessary.  I will tweak some more and
try again and let you know.
