Subject: Slow printing Through Novell server using NT workstation

System specs : using 2 Novell file and print servers and currently setting
up a NT server running exchange server. Transferring all the clients over to
windows NT workstation.

    Problem : When printing from the NT workstations the process has become
quite slow.
    Question : Is it possible to speed up printing from these workstations
through the Novell file and print server.

            If anyone could direct me to faq's or other sources of info.
