Glad that you have made that step. I hope it sticks.

That cannot possible be true. I stopped smoking more than 30 years ago,
which is about 11,000 days. I would not expect to live another 11,000
years. Even if it were every year instead of every day, I do not
think that I will make it to 109+. That said, it certainly does add to
expected life -- and more important to the health during that life.
