Get hold of the Word Internet Assistant, available free from Microsoft's
Internet site.  This will open HTM files inside Word, without the `codes'
appearing.  Open up any HTM files you want to convert, then SAVE AS...
normal Word format.  All the HTM instructions should disappear, leaving you
with a normally formatted Word document.
