Are you referring to actual use of the "Good Housekeeping" trademark
as a brand-name for another company's product, or just the use of the
"Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval (an endorsement) on the label and
in advertising? If the latter, I'd be concerned about the GH Seal's
credibility.
