Ah....  At least now I know *what* I'm looking for.  

Do you recall if this was released for OS/2 version 2.0?  I've found
something documented for OS/2 version 2.0 that (if I remember correctly)
included reference to rexxutil.dll.  If the file is that old, then I may be
closer to finding it....
