Do you know just how stupid this sounds ?  Richard served his country 
with honor for many years and retired from the Marines.  You and your 
friends reaped the benefits by having the freedoms you have today to 
drink beer, get into wrecks, kill each other and do any other thing your 
little hearts desire.  To ask Richard a question like this and to act 
like you suddenly care about something you've loathed during the 90s is 
downright disingenuous and stupid.
