I used Norton Ghost and tried to move my server to a larger HDD. Even
though the copy was good now I cannot boot the server from the old drive or
the new?
When I try booting the server from new newer/larger HDD it stops with errors
and just sits there:
- Adapter slot 8 enabled
- Error reading from load file
- Scanning for new UnRegistered Devices
- Adding Device (SEAGATE STNxxxxx)
- Mounting volume SYS
- Error reading from load file
- NAMESPACE support not loaded
- Volume SYS NOT mounted
When I try to boot the server from the old drive it stops booting while
ipling?
- Starting MSDOS... Is the only msg I see...Then nothing?
Can anyone help... I had hoped to avoid a full re-install of the server on
the new drive. Now I may have destroyed them both???
Thanks, Art
