That reminds me of my first modem in my late teens. I found a deal in the
weekly computer mag (I think it was Computer Currents, around here in the SF
Bay Area). Drove 20 miles in my beater car to a city I'd never been to and
spent the better part of an afternoon getting there and back. I still remember
the location, now I drive by it daily on my commute.  :)
