Kohinor-finance Empire Cup

1. Time and Place.
The Cup will start at  July 1 -1999 and will before
October 1 1999. The place of competition is http://chess.webest.com  of
Internet.
2. Participants.
Every chess players can take part of the Cup.
Participation is free of charge.
Every participant may start several games as he want.
3. Time control.
Time control is 48 hours to 40 moves for each player and 24 hours for each
player to the very end. Game start when Black do his first move.
4. Winners.
The players which  will have most per cent result will a winners of the Cup.
5.To start a White games participant must do first moves and wait Black`s
reply. To start Black games player must choose games with Blacks and do his
first reply. You can join the Cup just now.
6.Sponsors will set an awards after players number.
        Awards project is following (total is 20000 grn)
         1.place           6000 grn

         4.                    1500
         5.                    1200
         6.                    1000
         9.                    800
        10.                   700
        11.                   600
        12.                   600
        13.                   500
        14.                   500
        15.                   400
        16.                   400
        17.                   300
        18.                   200
        19.                   100
        20.                   100

Award winners conditions:
   -play no less 20 games against different opponents (no less 10 White games
and no less 10 Black games)
   -IM and GM must declare titles
   -no virtual e-mail registration
   -virtual e-mail registration opponents do not accounts for 20 games limit,
but accounts for result
   -best per cent score
