I am having a problem with my users and there netware home directories.
Every once in a while (random) and user (random) will go to save a document
(usually Microsoft word 97) to their home directory and it will be in a
read only mode. All rights and priviledges are correct and if we wait a
day the user can normally save again without any other intervention.
Everything appears to be random, but appears to get worse the longer the
server has been up and running. If we shut the server down, the problem
doesn't really start to appear again for about 2-3 days.

We will also begin to have problems with maintaining print ability to our
HP 4000 networked printers. They are on-line but the printer is greyed out
within the windows 95 printers area. If we restart the pc it will normally
come back to life and be able to print, other times we need to reinstall
the printer within 95. All printers are setup as print servers with HP jet
direct cards and they all exist on the same server in the same tree in the
same context.

Any possible reasons for this? Any help would be appreciated.
