Before his ISP decided to use the SPEWS anti-spam dragnet services, Bruce 
was an active member of the list.  When his ISP refused to acknowledge they 
were blocking mail, Bruce an I stayed in touch via email.  He had a TR7 
that didn''t function correctly and was hoping to find someone local to him 
that might help him with the rig.

Here's an update on Bruce from the QRP-L list.
