TW> IF the lights dim more then normal that almost narrows it down to a TW> Battery Cable problem with a new Battery. If it is a battery cable connection problem, it must be on the non-battery side. Either the ground or the connection with the starter could be the issue. Normally these are not easy to visually see a problem and it is best to just replace the entire cable.
