Same here, as you, I've got it only partly "translated", by settings in the settings menu, where you also find Time/Date/Region etc. It still keeps greeting me in swedish, and using the application names in swedish, but even though the Explorer is named "Utforskaren" in swedish, it comes up with the Win-E key combo.
