Excellent!  Does en_CA.utf8 (English Canadian) work for you as shown in the
first line of this message or would you like me to switch it back to the
default fr_CA.utf8 (French Canadian)?  I took the liberty of setting it to
EST/EDT as per specs for Oshawa, Ontario (the -0500 part which should
automagically change to -0400 on Sunday, March 13, 2016).
