Thank you for being so open about your daughter's case.  This must be
absolutely heartbreaking for you.  I just want you to know that the
VOCAL echo is available too, and you are welcome to it.  I haven't
seen much action on it lately, but expect that will change shortly (or
at least I hope so).  I did notice a post earlier (it may not have been
from you though) wondering if VOCAL handled only sexual abuse cases.
Let me assure you, VOCAL deals with all types of cases, including those
like your daughter's.  As a contact person for VOCAL I have been dealing
with a wide variety of cases: emotional abuse and false accusations of
physical abuse by an alcoholic parent, a man charged with raping his kids
babysitter, several women misdiagnosed as having Munchausen's Syndrome 
by Proxy, parents spanking a child with a wooden spoon, accusations of
abuse during custody battles, neglect caused by a drug abusing parent, 
mental impairment due to prescription medication resulting in poor 
judgement on a parent's part, grandparents seeking visitation with 
children in foster care, etc...  Basically, as long as a child is 
involved and there is a FALSE accusation of abuse or neglect, then it 
qualifies in the VOCAL spectrum.  Please feel free to post on VOCAL in 
addition to VFALSAC and CHILD_ABUSE_ISSUES.  You will be quite welcome
there as there as well.  If there is anything I can do, please let me
