One of the Explorer Posts in my area is looking at putting up a BBS.  They 
id
as any good post would and checked with BSA HQ in Texas for info and are now 
halted in their efforts.  There is no BSA policy on Telecommunications it 
seems.  
If any of you run a Scout oriented BBS or your Troup, Post or Pack runs a 
BS,
please let me know asap.  I want to find some good examples for these guys to 
call and to use as examples when they make their case to the National HQ.
