WL> I just got a message from , with this

WL> ___-------------------Begin text in header-----------------------
WL> From: Anonymous
WL> Comments: This message did not originate from the Sender address
WL> above. It was remailed automatically by anonymizing remailer software.
WL> Please report problems or inappropriate use to the

WL> ___--------------------End text in header------------------------
WL>
WL> Remarkably, the body of the message asked for information
WL> on a topic. There would be no way to reply to the sender when the
WL> sender remains anonymous.
I think it's possible to send mail to the sender. But I don't know how.
I used to see a lot of the anonymous stuff from Finland on the alt.
newsgroups.
This is an interesting coincidence.
WL> The body of the message was not offensive, X-rated, or out
WL> of line, so it's not clear why the sender would use an anonymous
WL> remailer. (And I don't know if I was the only addressee; I would
WL> guess I was not.)
Did you rrecieve any 'Net mailing lists? Some lists echo the contents
of a newsgroup, and if you reply to the message but directing your reply
to the list or the newsgroup, the sender will see your response.
