 The part that "smacks" of being phony is the "dreamcatcher" bit, not the
 school itself. (I never donate to causes I receive in the mail OR on the
 phone.)
 
 This goes back to the frequent discussion in this echo of "plastic" or
 "peddling the culture" not to mention that is questionable that the 
 dreamcatcher is even traditional Native American.
