Hi!

Actually, Mike is the Manager (owner?) of the Marina.  They have a constant
problem with fishermen sleeping on the docks so that they can be first in
line to launch the next morning.  The incident happened as he was doing his
last look around of the night

I appreciate the sealion part... but anyone who'd kick someone like that
