Compression format 'zip' is standard "de-facto" for compression
of echomail bundles. ("De-jure" standard is format 'arc', see
Arcmail specification.)
But you may talks with your links about use another format of compression,
or you may use uncompressed PKT always (not for netmail).

This is not implemented now, like as PKT2000.
Same format of the packets should be recognized not only on your node, but
on your links nodes also. If your links does not use alternate format, you
can't use also.
