Heh heh heh......
OK then get a "recorder machine(s)". I am interested in setting
up the DVD:Rip clustering at some point....but I just have a std transcode
commandline which I just pipe into my linux workstation (I change the
filename to be produced etc & the dir the vob's are in obviously) &
then go
& do something else. The most recent DVD I've bought & dvix5'ed is
goldmember & what I tend to do (on buying a DVD) is this:
Rip DVD > disk/unencrypted (on Linux) Pop DVD out & plonk into Win2K box
Start transcode on linux box from Win2K box (ssh) Watch dvd on Win2K box
Finish watching movie & dvix (on linux) is also done.
Parallel processing ?
