Does it have to be changed each time there's a change in a BBS?

I've done that for various settings.

What I have to be careful of is changing the order of settings 
in some of files in OMX.  They are numbered and I can't just 
delete an area without changing how BW stores them.  

That's not a big deal unless I run BWSAVE and find different 
Echoes bundled into one area.
