  MESSAGE UPDATE: **** WXFAX 3.4 **** WXFAX 3.4 **** WXFAX 3.4 ****

If you are interested in weather facsimile reception but you do not
know where to find these stations on Shortwave and Longwave, and you
do not want to buy an expensive book about the subject, then try
"WXFAX", THE Weather Facsimile Database Programme for radio-
  listening/weather-amateurs.
WXFAX version 3.4 contains at the moment information of 77
facsimile weather stations in 41 countries and it lists 231 records
(this may be changed when you receive a registered version of the
software, because THE DATAFILE IS UPDATED ON A CONTINUOUS BASES).
With the registered version of WXFAX v3.4 you will be able to make
complete sorted listings in Frequency (QRG), Station, Callsign
(QRA) and Country (QTH) order as well as an ITU country/station
list, a stations address list, (selected) stations transmission
info, a weather map identification list, some general info about fax
transmissions, where to obtain decoding software, a simple interface
scheme, latest fax info, station model info etc. etc.
Most of the data can be displayed to the screen as well as to a
printer. It is NOT possible to change any of the data but you will
receive the LATEST available fax-database-file if you register.
After 1 year you will receive a message that you can obtain a new
version of the software at considerable reduced cost.
