Thanks for your comments regarding TSEBOOK 1.10.
Like you, I also use the macro at work in a shared lan environment.
TSEBook 1.11 was enhanced to allow "interventionless" printing to
devices which support duplex in hardware.  Version 1.12 added
"notebook" style printing (also nice for the Network environment
) which prints front-to-back landscape 2-per page side suitable for
insertion in a 3-ring binder (or other binding mechanism).
Unfortunately, neither of these versions have been released due to
inadequate testing on my part (I've been travelling for the last 10 weeks).
Now that I'm back in town, I hope to finish testing these versions and
(hopefully) release 1.2 (which substantially cleans up the user interface and 
integration with TSE.UI.
