Hi Rich, as you were just saying about School buses and other....

AFAIK, it is the nearest lane to you.  If you are turning left it
would be the inside (or far left) lane and if you are turning right it
would be the outside (or far right) lane.  Buses may act differently as
they msy have a stop close by on the right side.
