  Since I'm having problems with my reply working correctly and no sig I'm
not sure who wrote the above.  (With my From line I only have numbers, no
names).
  Yes Nancy, I am going to contact Ross.  Today.  I promise.
  I did a reset first, which didn't correct the matter.
  Anyway, my Dell is like new as well.
  I seldom use it, unless the pc is in on the fritz, but usually when I am
doing weekly maintenance on the pc I have it up and running.
