BBS2HTML.ZIP [    ] FILES.BBS to INDEX.HTM converter. DOS, OS/2, Pascal source.

It's 22038 bytes in size and dated 02-Apr-98 17:28.  Source included is
nice,  though I don't do Pascal myself...
