PS> As you can see I figured out the Y2K fix by using the archiver command
 PS> line C:\BW\BWPACK.BAT OLDZIP {at}F {at}I .

BC> Thanks for pointing this out to me.
BC> For some reason it never sunk in before.

BC> I never did switch from v0.60 to v0.62, since the documentation said
BC> the only addition was the ability to run on an XT.
BC> I already had a couple of v0.60 batch files made up, and didn't feel
 BC> like changing everything.

PS> I will look at another editor as the edit.com without the word-wrap is
 PS> annoying from my end.

PS> Hopefully I will be able to use something like Ultraedit.

BC> A long time ago, someone described a way to use Windows
 BC> Notepad/Wordpad as the editor.

 BC> BlueWave opens a temp file called MSGTEMP.TXT .

BC> I believe it had something to do with swapping to Notepad/Wordpad
BC> and opening that file, editing it and saving it, swapping back and
 BC> finishing up in BlueWave.
 BC> -OR-
BC> Swapping to Notepad/Wordpad to edit.
BC> Copy, swap back and paste to the BlueWave editor.
BC> I hear that XP doesn't like doing DOS window, mark, copy, and paste
 BC> functions though.

I'm using Pedit now which is freeware and has all of the features that I need
and more - including Word Wrap.
