Hello Stas!

By using cygwin to compile smapi-2_4-stable and 1_9 current seem there to
be some bug or error for the Main function WinMain{at}16 where the
makefile.cyg give trouble by compile for 1stchat.o 1stchar.c

This chould be be gone through in makefile.cyg for smapi compile and
install for windows 7 32-bit by cygwin.
By in cywin latest wersion run make install
the compile and install end with error for 1stchar and the WinMain{at}16
gcc   1stchar.c -o 1stchar.o

Like a function not been used to make it done to done with gcc -c - gcc -c
1stchar -o 1stchar.o

So a update change for smapi makefile.cyg is need.
