And as of today 9/26 it is down to $2.119 here, and moving steadily
downward.  Just 2 months ago (7/25) I paid $2.799.  It went even higher
in August, but just 3 weeks ago (over Labor Day weekend) it was
$2.509.

I think this is an unfair and unwarranted accusation.  BIR, most of the
times I have "tormented" you, it was over the true/false value of your
statement(s).  Since when does disabled status grant anyone immunity
from having their statements challenged as to factuality?  IMO, not even
your current universal excuse of "It's the senile dementia" should earn
you a license to make false statements without being challenged.
