subject: Max Install Script

Hi Wes,

I have just got Maximus to compile on my 486 test system, it would exit with
an error 2, in the Squish directory.

This continued until I noticed an error message regarding curses.h and I
checked and found I did not have ncurses installed. Installed ncurses and
ncurses-dev, and a few dependant packages, and it worked fine.

A suggestion, could the configure script check if ncurses/curses is installed
in future sometime.

Many thanks,

Russell
