I don't know what they're saying about that crisis in California, but
the above is the general consensus that those who will be bailing her out
are talking about.

Perhaps in the future there will be 3 new states made out of California.
Northern Cal, Homo Cal and Southern Cal.

Another possibility is to split the state up length wise along the San
Andreas and make a split just above LA somewhere to add two Western Cals;
Northwest Homo and Southwest Imperial-Diego. 8^)
