For most NO, Now thhose with 1000 Watt amps are the exception but then
they are braind anyhow and just allowing them to Drive is dangerious.
But Earphones act like ear plugs and depebnding on the style can
elominate all street noise. But in any case they severly reduce
anythoign esle than the music you listen to.
