subject: new feature

I'm trying to find implementations for some of commo's new features. GETS-R
is nice, but what if I did what COMMO to display that character ... The case
here is not used much, I was trying to find a way for commo to wait for
activity, when found, log the time, as long as there is activity, log time
every 15 minutes. GETS-R will work because it will catch any activity on the
com port, however it won't display it to the screen or capture file. SEND-B
is the same way. Because I can't see the character locally it doesn't help
o
send it out... I see lots of potential uses for these commands in Oberlee's
MacroBBS for things like full screen editors, but he would have no local
cho,
and that would be awful.
There is a lengthy solution, creating a reference variable, 240 characters
long to reference the decimal character out of. then use send to send that
specific character.... a waste of time... I really think that the normal
echo flags should be used rather than just ignoring them ... and assuming no
one would want to echo a decimal 44 to the screen...
