PNG may be lossless but it's not vector. It's still resolution
specific. these are 72 DPI. Any increase in resolution results in
jaggies by interpolation.

These however print reasonably well for viewing purposes and even back
several years when I printed them lessor capable printers they were
every bit as good.

Likewise, the resolution is not enough to actually convert to vector
based on what is there now.
