Dunno, but it's certainly my considered opinion.  :)

Not all that hard to do on your average Pentium board these days, with a
miserable 3 or 4 ISA slots.  Of course, PCI is a slightly different matter.

As obsolete PC equipment generally has NO resale value, you might as well
