Use your Global Filter, dunce.

First put in terms that are in the bodies or headers of those
"replying" or bitching about my posts.

Of course if you kill file idiots like poop the cat and others such as
he, you won't see bodies with my stuff repeated.

One easy form of a Global Filter is:

keyword1 or keyword2 or keyword3

Download all the message bodies. Select them. Open Global Filter. Find
Global. View All.

After that, all the messages in your Agent pane will be those
containing the keywords you entered in your Global Filter.

Delete those and then click on Agent's Menu bar where it says
something like Search Results. That will bring you back to the
messages which do not contain any of the keywords you entered into the
Global Search box.

Since I only could find info on Ver. 6 for Agent, these instructions
might be a bit off, but not that much.

Simple. Right?
