 TP> Hi all,
TP> In 1995 an American Airlines MD-80 collided with trees at Bradley
TP> Intl. The date was 12 Nov 95 , rego N566AA and flight number AA1572.
TP> I did an assignment on this accident and had to come to a conclusion
TP> of fault. As I am in Australia I could only get hold of magazine
TP> articles. The NTSB report had not been finalised at the time of
 TP> completion of the assignment.
TP> I was hoping a helpful person could provide this
 TP> information:
TP> 1. Has the report come out yet?
TP> 2. Does anyone have a copy? If so what was the findings?
TP> 3. Could some one give me a fax number for the NTSB so that I may
TP> obtain the report plus any CVR copies they can release.
TP> Your help would be greatly appreciated

Hi you can the NTSB Web site at:
http://www.ntsb.gov/
You can look up the report thu there web site, and they will have a NTSB,
and NTIS report number so you could obtain a copy of the report.
You can call the NTSB at 800-877-6799 or call the NTIS at (703)487-4650.
The NTIS will charge you for the report. The paper copys are around $35.00
the Microfilm run around $12.50 so if you have a Microfilm reader or could
get one go that route.
Or you could call the NTSB and do what I did. Tell them your a student do
research on aircraft accidents and they will send you the report for free.
Hope that helps!!
Fred S.
