ProDOS disks need the file PRODOS in the root directory (and if what 
you're running isn't a SYS file, you'll need BASIC.SYSTEM too).

For DOS 3.3, Copy ][+ can patch the DOS on disk to run a binary file, but 
an ordinary DOS cannot do so.
