BlueWave "grabs" them when you open a message packet or reply packet. 

You edit them under: 

Setup/Configure Mail Reader
Preferences
Packet Preference Override
JUXTA    | Juxtaposition BBS
 Message Read Mode Preferences
 Message Entry Preferences
 Tagline Behavior Preferences
 File and String Preferences
 Message Filter Configuration

(Each of those lines will have its' own set of menus, like in 
Default Preferences.)

Setup/Configure Mail Reader
Preferences
Msg Area Preference Override
JUXTA    | Juxtaposition BBS
(A list of message areas will come up. Follow instructions.) 
(Each message area will have it's own set of menus, like in 
Default Preferences.) 

A Msg Area Preference Override will take priority over what is 
set in the Default Preference and Packet Preference. 

Packet Preference will take priority over what is set in 
Default Preference. 

Keep that in mind when you change things around, but the packets 
aren't doing what you want them to do.
