I WAS a major Yes fan. Just as I WAS a major Dead fan. 
(Dead more than Yes, by far, though) 
And I'm the biggest Zappa fan ever. I have EVERYTHING Frank put out.
But the lack of new product is the killer.

Sometimes it's time to move on. But looking back is good.

Stasis can also called death, though. ;)
