The cctv program is xeoma and runs on the pi with raspian-buster. It
didn't want to run when I tried Ubuntu server, but have raspian on the
card now.
That is what I intend to do, just copy the data files over from the
ubuntu machine to the pi4, as soon as I am ready to do the swap.

I run 2 monitors on the ubuntu machine, 1 for cumulus and 1 for xeoma,
so as the pi4 has 2 hdmi ports, I just need another vga to micro hdmi
adaptor now, and I'm good to go as it were.
