RELATIVES OF MAIN STAR TREK CHARACTERS
This post and the four following posts comprise a list of all
known relatives of the main characters the various Star Trek
series.
All characters, except as noted, are from on-screen references. 
Alternate selves from other timelines are not listed, nor are 
clones, but I *have* counted the daughter of one alternate self,
as well as Will Riker's transporter twin, Tom, who has a separate
legal identity.  Spouses, fiancees and significant continuing
romantic interests are listed, but transient romantic interests
are not.
STAR TREK: THE ORIGINAL SERIES and THE MOVIE SERIES
JAMES TIBERIUS KIRK
George Samuel Kirk (brother, deceased)
Aurelan Kirk (sister-in-law, deceased)
Peter Kirk (nephew)
(Sam and Aurelan Kirk had two other sons, whose names were never
     given, and who were presumably not present on Deneva)
Carol Marcus (it is not known whether Carol was married to Kirk,  
     or whether they had a common-law relationship.  They broke
     up over conflicts regarding career vs. parenting)
David Marcus (son, deceased)
Miramanee (wife, deceased)
Antonia (ex-fiancee, surname not given)
(Kirk's uncle, name not given, had a ranch in Idaho, where Kirk
     met Antonia)
(Kirk almost married a "blonde lab assistant" with whom Gary
     Mitchell had set him up.  This may have been Carol Marcus, a
     woman named Ruth, or someone else altogether)
(Kirk's ancestors were among the pioneers who settled the
     American frontier in the late 19th century)

Sarek (father, deceased)
Amanda (mother)
Perrin (stepmother)
Sybok (half brother, deceased?)

(Spock may have married, but if so, his wife's name is unknown. 
     A young Jean-Luc Picard attended the wedding of Sarek's son. 
     Since Spock's only known sibling, Sybok, presumably did not
     survive his encounter with the "God" on Sha-ka-ree, this
     leaves Spock.  Some have speculated that he married Saavik)
(A line in STVI:TUC indicates that one of Spock's Human ancestors
     may have been Sherlock Holmes)
LEONARD H. "BONES" McCOY
David McCoy (father, deceased)
Joanna McCoy (daughter) (from the original script of The Way To
     Eden. That script also established that McCoy had gone
     through a bitter divorce.  Neither Joanna nor her unnamed
     mother made it on-screen)
MONTGOMERY "SCOTTY" SCOTT
Peter Preston (nephew, deceased) (revealed in ABC's TV airing of
     TWOK) 
HIKARU SULU
Demora Sulu (daughter)
(Sulu's wife's name has not been given)
Hikaru Sulu (ancestor) (in a scene scripted, but not filmed, for
     STIV:TVH, Sulu met a young child in 1986 San Francisco whom
     he recognised as an ancestor and namesake)
PAVEL ANDREIEVICH CHEKOV
Andrei Chekov (father)
(Chekov was an only child, although at one point an alien entity
     made him believe that an imaginary brother had been killed
     by Klingons)
SAAVIK
(Saavik's parents' names have not been given, but early versions
     of STII:TWOK apparently indicated that she was of mixed
     Romulan/ Vulcan blood)
