Thanks for the Cytomax tips. Hot water, and keeping in the fridge overnight
sounds like a good plan of action. The stuff 'disolvability' needs some
work, but I fully agree with you in it's power..
I was riding with an experience rider (been x-country twice, every country
in Europe and his 'goal' is to go from Alaska to the tip of South America.
) Anyway, he swore by it, so I swalled the $22 or so and bought a can and
tried it out. Sure enough, the stuff is great.
Over here in New Jersey, there is an event that goes from the very tippy top
of the state (High Point), to the Cape May lighthouse at the very tip of the
pennisula. 210 miles. It's a 1 day thing, I've done it twice before, and
Saturday 6/15 was my 3rd time.. Using the Cytomax and water in my 2 water
bottles, I was able to shatter my previous speed/time (although it's not at
all a race, but a matter of just finishing). Took 11 hours bike time, 14.3
total...
Without the cyto, I'd be a few hours behind those times..
