Hi Robert,
Its really a case of how you want you desktop environment to be like.
Personally i cant be stuffed walking to every workstation just to set
up a printer. So i do this through the container login script. Yes the
uiser can still use the add printer wizzard but to keep if there
machine needs to be reloaded which in some cases is the only way to
fix a WIN95 problem these printers will be lost and have to ve set up
again which is more work for you. As to what happens if you delete
them well not much except that you will then have to go around to each
workstaion to set up their printers. What you could do to solve your
problem of now having multiple printers is to create a group for each
one of your printers and then just add people who use that printer or
do what i do and have a container for each sub department and give
them a printer and link that to there container login script. From my
view i try to use as many of the features of netware to make life
easier for myself by not having to leave my pc by using captures and
some of the funky features of ZENworks. Guess im just lazy! ; )
Regards
Dave
