I don't know if Intuit makes the 4.0 ver. I saw the quick books on the 
nernet
and they carried the 4.0 ver. I believe it was www.quicken.com. I also 
checked it out at home depot. But then I found this cd-rom discount store 
that had QB for only $18.00 dollars they told me it was because it was the 
3.0 ver and it comes in a case with out manuals is why the price is so low. 
But I will checked in to it more.
